Mobile Marketing


Although my game isn't designed for mobile, this platform is a very important way to reach people. From my last blog post I discussed email marketing and how a newsletter can be a great way to share regular news.  With around 60% of people opening their emails on a mobile device (99firms, 2022), it is important to make emails and web content look decent on these devices! This means making sure your content on web pages and emails looks good in portrait mode.

QR codes can also be a useful marketing tool. This requires a phone to scan a QR code. With most people carrying mobiles with them, there is always someone who can scan a QR code anywhere it is placed. This could be on a website, a physical sticker or printing. These are useful for events especially. Through QR codes, I can take the user to any website I want them to visit! This can be used to show my game or even offer rewards or perks in future project  (Khalid Saleh, 2016).
